My name is Jos Timmerman, owner of Waterframes. I am an independent senior consultant in managing water. My specialization is international climate change adaptation for water management. In this, I focus on Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) and transboundary water management with emphasis on water governance aspects. I am a curious, internationally oriented, analytically strong adviser with a good eye for detail without losing the overall picture. Much of my career I have worked with the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. This provided me with extensive knowledge of water management, water policies and water related climate policies.
